Problem
In online education, visitors arrive with one question: is this right for me? Most language school sites answer with institutional background instead, and visitors leave without ever working out which programme suits them.
Requirement
The site had to route visitors at different levels and with different goals — exam preparation, business English, general fluency — to the right programme, and reduce getting in touch to a single step.
→Solution
We structured the pages around the visitor's question: who it's for first, then how it works, then enrolment. Programme descriptions were stripped of teaching jargon. At every step the visitor sees exactly one next action.
How we approached it
- 01
Page architecture follows the order in which visitors actually decide: fit → method → enrolment.
- 02
Programme copy is written in terms of outcomes rather than level codes, so visitors can find the sentence that describes them.
- 03
Every section closes with a single next action; no competing calls were left on the page.
- 04
Imagery and page weight were optimised to open quickly on a mobile connection.

Outcomes
We keep outcomes qualitative rather than claim numbers we haven't measured.
Pages ordered by how people decide
Visitors get an answer to 'is this right for me' at the top of the page.
Enquiry in one step
The enrolment request is reachable from every section, so visitors never have to backtrack.
Plainer programme copy
Level and method descriptions were stripped of teaching jargon.
