We only process data you enter yourself. Unless you submit a form, no identifying information is collected.

• Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number and company name (when you submit a form).
• Enquiry content: your project description, project type and, if you choose to state it, a budget range.
• Technical records: your IP address, held temporarily to apply rate limiting.
• Analytics data: anonymised usage statistics, only if you give explicit consent.

• Reviewing your enquiry and replying to it.
• Preparing a proposal and project scope.
• Preventing automated abuse of the form.
• Measuring and improving use of the site, where you have consented.

Data submitted through the contact form is processed under KVKK art. 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). Analytics cookies are processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent under art. 5/1.

Your personal data is never sold or transferred for marketing purposes. The following infrastructure providers are used to deliver the service, and data is processed only for that purpose on servers that may be located outside Türkiye:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting of the website.
• Resend — delivering contact form submissions by email.
• Google LLC — the embedded map on the contact page, and analytics (Google Analytics) only where consent is given.

Enquiries are kept for the duration of the conversation and a reasonable follow-up period, up to a maximum of 2 years. If a contract is concluded, retention follows the periods required by applicable law. IP records held for rate limiting are deleted within one hour.

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly.
• To know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad.
• To request correction where data is incomplete or inaccurate.
• To request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met.
• To request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties the data was transferred to.
• To object to an outcome adverse to you resulting solely from automated analysis.
• To claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
