Common questions
Can our software be integrated at all?
If it has an API, we connect directly. If not, we can bridge over file transfer, database access or scheduled exports. Tell us the product name and we can usually answer within a day.
Will we know if an integration breaks?
Yes. Every transfer is logged; a record that fails is retried, and if it still fails the right person is notified. Silent data loss is the biggest risk in integration work and it's designed out from the start.
Can you build an API for us?
Yes. If you need to expose data to dealers, customers or your own mobile app, we build an authenticated, versioned and documented API.
